Sent a parcel via Hermes - was needed for this Saturday. Turns out, no fucker's seen it since the courier took it last weekend. Am fucking boiling. ~>:|

Rang the customer up and had a chat with her, felt like a right numptard. Just sent her a replacement via Royal Mail Next Day guaranteed by 1pm. Cost me £7.25. The t-shirt was only £11 so as it stands I've lost a few quid so far on this one, til Hermes stump up with the compo for the one that went missing. Though, knowing my sodding luck they'll magically find it now and the customer will end up with a spare. But even if they do I'll know I've done all I can for my customer, which is more than Hermes have done. |

Samsung do indeed look like a shower of arse. While watching that I wondered WTF was happening to my PC as I could hear a hard drive grinding noise... then realised I don't have any HDDs, they're all SSD! Paused the video, and sure enough the grinding stopped. Turns out the guy in the video has a mic which is picking up hard drive grindy noises as he records, and piping them through my left speaker! |

Yeah, it's not up to his usual high video standards. I think he just used his laptop's webcam or something!! Even the audio sounds kinda lacklustre compared to his usual quality. .. But it's a rant. I don't think he could be arsed doing a full setup just for a rant  .. Now, where's your ranty-vlog!?

Our local Hermes courier is a great lady. She's the Postman Pat of the village, in that she stops and chats with everyone, and is nice and friendly. She doesn't have a red van, though. Or a black and white cat. ... But once the parcel goes beyond our friendly courier, it's anyone's guess what happens to it!! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Our Hermes guy is a top bloke, too. But he only does Monday to Thursday. This parcel went on Saturday, with his "stand-in". |

My son's birthday PS4 vanished when sent with a courier. It cost me two whole days of waiting and frustration with Amazon after they eventually acknowledged it had gone walkabout. The second day was wasted waiting for a replacement to arrive.

The only problem I've had with packages is my old Royal Mail post officeman used to pretend that they tried to deliver a package, and instead just never bothered and posted them little "We called but there was noone home" instead. I was waiting for some memory, had the week off, sitting, I heard the letter box go... There was the red slip thing, opened the front said "Here mate I'm in, I'll have my parcel", he replied "You'll have a hard job mate, it's still in the post office" and just walked away! I was like "Your joking, I paid for that to be delivered...", he wasnt bothered... I went foooking light in the post office though!
