Nothing better to let you know which of your ’’friends’’ are closet racists, than all the football posts that are popping up during the World Cup..

I've witnessed craploads of that over the years of world cup going ons. Thing is it's not just white on black, a fair share happens the other way around too. I dunno why it has to be like this, someone has to score and it has to be done by one side or the other, it's all just a bag of air being booted around a field at the end of the day!

Where ever anyone is from, a boot is a boot at the end of the day, and if that boot is worthy of booting that ball then it belongs in the game as much as any other boot. I hear all this crap about how crap the opposition is, but if a team beats another then wouldn't it be better to know that the other team is badass rather than being easy to beat?. This is one of the reasons why I have no interest in football, there's too much hatred involved; you don't get any of that in other sports such as snooker, boxing, and tennis.

I love my football, and yeah, sometimes its rough at grounds, you dont really see much of it nowadays in the UK, we still have it, but, its a minority... Some countries though, they do it bad mind!

Away from the ground, there's a little racism everywhere, and it cannot be helped... Its just one of them things... Football generally magnifies it though, brings out the "us and them" attitude in people, real fans of the sport just like to see a good game, they like to see their team do well, but they will appreciate a team that trounce's theirs in quality...

I was at a ManUtd v Sunderland game a good few years back now, they thrashed us 3-1, they were awesome, it was a master lesson in football and when the game finished, the whole Sunderland away end applauded the Manu side off the field, they applauded us too... It was a great day, even though we got stuffed, lol, but thats what it should be about.

Footballers dont do themselves any favours either mind, the actions they do on the field stirs emotion with fans... Its not uncommon for a player to run into the box, then a defender runs in for a tackle, misses completely, and some how the draft from the defender sends the attacking player on to the ground, he then rolls 10 yards holding his leg as if his shin has popped out of it, only to jump straight up when the referee makes a decision... Few limpy trots away and bosh, he's off again like Usain Bolt!

I hate that about football, its bullshit, it's killing it, football fans hate it as well, and if it happens, be it if the cheating player is short, tall, fat, ginger, yellow, black or even blue... He's going to make people mutter some words, and yes, people are more vocal then others, generally though, noone takes notice of such things as "You skinny rice eating [swearage]", or "You cheating ginger [beeep]", that's all legit, but as soon as someone shouts "F'ing cheating black [oh my word]", then yeah, people are on to that in a crack!

Its a fickle subject, people that come across as closet racist's, I dont think they are naturally racist, I just think they get caught up in something, and once that is finished, its back to normal...

I would take no notice of your twitter friends outbursts, 99% of it wont be meaningful in the grand scheme of things.
