Favourite Chocolates

Past and present.
What are some of your favourite chocolate treats?

At one point I was totally hooked on classic CornFlake Buns, but once the migraines started getting worse, I had to coax myself off them.
I used to love Wispa as a kid, and was completely ticked off that the relaunched version similarly gave me super-migraines. Booo!!!

Maltesers seem to be fine. I can wolf down entire boxes of those at a time, without issue.
I love me some Maltesers... nom nom nom!!

Cornflake buns? Are they similar to cornflake "cakes" (ie cornflakes drowned in chocolate then set in a paper case).

I used to love Texan bars, many, many, many years ago.

And Cadbury's Fuse. That was choco awesomeness in a bar. Sadly defunct.

Double Deckers are a thing of chocolate beauty -

I preferrred them BITD when they had raisins in, but they're still great.

Twirl's are also nom nom nom.

As is Bournville. Love a bit of dark chocloate.

Cake or Buns, either are fine. Cakes are usually done flat, in a larger round tin, then sliced up.. .Like a cake!! Whilst buns are the little ones in the buncases. The bun ones are also occasionally made into "nests", traditionally with a few mini eggs on top so you can pretend you're a giant monster, gobbling up the home and unborn children of a nearby bird! Nom Nom Nom!!

Fuse was lovely, too. Mmmm...

Yep, the nest type ones were what I was thinking of. Never heard them called buns before.

Down here some of us call them cornflake tarts.

Aww yeah I loved fuse bars!

That and Boost Bars are pretty nice.

This is a pain for me....
I like chocolate, but I must watch it not to eat too much fat (my gall bladder has been removed this year), so that does conflict sometimes.
Now I do like most kinds of chocolate treats, but anything with white chocolate, can make me go nuts...

Oops, sorry for necromancing this, after that many months

We don't mind old threads coming back tbh, if the converation is worth continuing, that is. And this is!

Speaking of chocolates - I saw the orange flavoured Twirl today, but it was in a petrol filling station. I didn't have enough for the mortgage...
