Kuron	I enjoyed the original, but mainly only watched it once it hit syndication and was on every day. Not overly interested in this one, simply do not have time to watch stuff anymore, and with everything on different services each one costing mega $$ per month, I simply can't afford it. Hell, I struggle to afford to eat and generally only eat once a day.

AndyH	Bit nervous about this one. Loved it back in the day, every Friday. It's on in the mornings now here in the uk, forever repeating and I'll catch it every now and then. Very sharp writing and still makes me laugh and cringe. PHS	Were Daphne and her family a legit example of some Brits or a bit too "Hollywood-ified"? Idk if this needs to exist. But what reboots actually do? Probably something like 90% of reboots and sequels don't. So I guess it's just par for the course.

Jayenkai	View on YouTube As far as Daphne's family goes, they were "a bit" Hollyfied, but.. not "that" much. They were more "Frasier" caricatures. Frasier and Niles were overly pompous, Bulldog was overly frantic, etc. if you extrapolate what is "normal" from there, then .. yeah, the British family were pretty much bang on! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Jayenkai	Thoughts 1. Fucking awful laughter-track. Or maybe it is an audience. It certainly feels like a standard studio sitcom, so maybe they're just REALLY overhyped about it. It gets better, but it's noticeably .. .. um.. .. I dunno. That very first "Woooo, yeah, whoop, \o/yeay\o/ wooohooo" when Frasier appears was totally overdone. ... But maybe if that's a real audience seeing him for the first time... Maybe that's real? I dunno. It got better, though. 2. It's very "Frasier". I knew it'd be Frasier, since it's .. you know... called Frasier, but .. It's VERY Frasier. It's got the same theme, the same skyline drawing title, the same white-on-black captions between scenes. Frasier wasn't Cheers. But this is still Frasier. I guess maybe I expected something different. But it's more or less just another season of Frasier instead. 3. Oooh, but I did like it. And I enjoyed having a decent sitcom that I could enjoy. There wasn't really a character I disliked, and even Rodney slid into place really well. .. Yeah, that was good enough for me. Kuron	Had the pleasure of meeting the original Eddie at a Meet & Greet and got his autograph. Fraiser left off in a way that it would be easy for the series to pick up and carry on, and it sounds like it did just that. I am glad you enjoyed it.

Kuron	My goto site has the first two episodes of the new Fraiser. Glanced through the first one. The cameras they are using, stood out to me. Panasonic/Panavision/Panaflex cameras stand out to me immediately on anything as I have used them for years and years. Some of the cut scenes were a tad quick and made my head swim. It was hard for me to get into the first episode, I am just so used to the old Fraiser lineup and this is everything new except Fraiser (for the most part), Ole' Kuron is a grumpy old fart who does not get enough fiber in his diet and is not big on change. But, maybe I should watch it, I had to pick up the pieces of my life and move across the country (about the same distance Fraiser did) much like Fraiser did. I will try it again over the weekend when I can give it my full attention and watch both episodes. Big fan of Kelsey Grammer, loved his last movie from a few months back, it was an amazing performance.

Kuron	I agree. I gave it a second try. I firmly believe the Gameboy game blows away the new series.
