Pakz	A tip I once came upon was to focus on the breathing when in panic or in any sort of negative focus. A sort of reset. 'Deep breathing' is a more in-depth variant in how to battle the stresses. Edit: a recent "best of the year" one was to just to stretch the legs, maybe take a short walk around the room to relieve stress.
