For me, those points in development are very much the same thing!!! I much prefer feedback after the game's done, rather than before, though. In the times where people have given me "wow, that looks awesome" feedback during development, those are usually the games that the least people enjoy. Which is odd to me. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Discussions. Morning Meetings and such will usually help with that sort of thing. If you aren't in an office together, maybe have some sort of online scratch pad, or a google document or something, that you can all split down ideas and thoughts, and try to keep it all collated together. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''
