I suspect it is, because the physics seem to have been improved a bit, and some of bits of the dev commentary imply new stuff they've added. Most of it seems to be behind the scenes though - all the prebuilt physics events were in HL2:Ep2, and those main m*snip*

The Japanese reactors are actually earthquake proof to a substantial degree. All their other reactors automatically shut down and are fine - just this one took a bad hit to the cooling system. By the sounds of things, they should get it fixed soon. The pro*snip*
