A whole new adventure in endless bouncing!

All three SpikeDislikes have been removed from the AppStore, and the game's pretty much been reduced to a none-game, now.
Time to cash in on that no-money by making a new edition of the game that doesn't make any money either!

The game does exactly what you'd expect.
There's currently one (single!) theme, the menu's not quite complete, and the music needs rethought and crafted in a much more loving manner. (Current temp-music is a recent addition to Browsercade, copy+pasted across)

There's also a really odd bug where, if you make it an iOS "Add to Homescreen" app, it seems to completely break when you multitask out of it. Not sure why that's happening, as it isn't happening on Shoebox/Browsercade. Hmmm..

Themes will probably be a weekly event, until I run out of ideas. God knows it's infinitely easier to do when it's just a few uploads, and not the entire "Submit to Apple" bollocks. So, look forward to frequent updates, and feel free to suggest your own ideas for themes.

You can Play SpikeDislike at SpikeDislike.com

In a previous Dislike-Iteration, Spinal suggested the bouncing should go in time with the music..
As hard as that is to keep in sync, I've tried my best to get it started in sync, this time around.
Refresh the site and you should find the music "tries" to be in sync, but .. Results may very, based on browser, stuttering, framerate, delta timings, and all manner of other things.

For a little teensy while, I was tweaking the bounce to be exactly in time, always, forever, based on row-data from the mod player itself. But then the flow of the ball was getting weird and stuttery, so.. Nah!

You'll have to make do. It's not always perfect, and will probably flow out of sync after a while, but ... Know that I at least tried

Bog standard html and JavaScript. Nothing fancy.

Oh okay, I thought it might be your C(++?) engine using web assembly or something...

I think I can safely call the c++ engine "abandoned" now..
Shoebox of games brought the first few of my games to JavaScript, and I learned very quickly that my games could be played on WAY more current devices than could with the c++ engine.

Once I started Browsercade, that was pretty much it for compiling, for me.

End of an era.
