Jayenkai	JNKPlat 2023 I've started work on JNKPlat 2023. Or, as I'm currently calling it, JNKPlat 2018+5, since I'm reusing the 2018 levels for the sake of testing. If I can manage to keep it compatible, then it should be easy enough to integrate it into the 2018 Level Storage stuff, and from there. Woot, and indeed, Socks. Sunday 16th April, 2023, is Platdude's official birthday, and this year will be his (fucking hell) 25th birthday, so I figured it'd be nice to have a functional version of the game online. Unfortunately, due to how both the Browsercade and GotoJSE are set up, the jump button layouts really don't work well at all, no matter how much I try to wrangle them to do so. Instead then.... .. Oh, for fucks sake, I'm writing another bloody engine from scratch. Current version is completely unplayable, but does at least have a nice big scrolling level. (JNKPlat 2018, level pack 13 "The Great Escape", level 1.) You can see it scrolling here. You need to tap it to get it going!! The Zoom level is set at 5. It'll probably be 2 or 3, once done, though 1 does indeed fit the whole level onscreen at once, which is nice. If you want to try it out, let me know if the framerate's nice and steady and (hopefully) about 60 or so. I'm fairly certain I'm going to make this Keyboard or Controller only, because .. Touchscreens + JNKPlat haven't ever gotten along, and I'm not in any mood to figure that out, right now!!! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Jayenkai	Today's updates : Test level is playable. If you get stuck on a spike, you'll be dead dead, and the engine doesn't have a restart.. Refresh the page and try again. If you complete the level.. Ditto.. Nothing else happens. There aren't any flames, yet, either. And Platdude's sprite can be glitchy as hell sometimes. .. ... but other than that it's working WASD + K to Hold, J to jump left, L to jump right. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Pakz	I do not know how to jump up. No way to jump up a platform. But the game seems to work allright.

Jayenkai	This fact has been true for many moons. JNKPlat is a Puzzle Platformer. Mostly it's a fun Platformer, but when it wants to be a puzzle game, it can really be an evil/sadistic puzzle game. You can jump left, or you can jump right. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Jayenkai	The controls are fine. They work once you get used to them. It's only touchscreen where it doesn't work well. You'd need to be able to simultaneously hold two buttons with one thumb!! Either that or levitate the phone and do finger gymnastics over the top. It just isn't doable without requiring great big clunky onscreen buttons... Jayenkai	Progress.. I'm now going through all the levels one by one, testing them to make sure they work. Levels 1 to 15 are fully functional. Level 16 has the first baddies in it, and those aren't working at all. I need to fix those before carrying on. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''
