 		Just read that stress can cause nose bleeds, amongst other causes. I am cutting back on tea myself. Tea can break down iron in the blood iirc.

I bought a number of (self help) health books these last few years. I discovered these fears I always had were mostly just temperature changes that I felt and mislabeled. Healthcare peeps seem just to have served medicine in stead of explaining how the body works!

Maybe I wil start to turn into a normal person after all
