Warning nightmares.

Got woken up by Zombies. Then noticed a pretty fast worm under my skin. It dove deep into my flesh when I tried to pinch its head. Then I woke up. 👀

I was testing out a sleeping mask. My eyes feel less hurtful with it. But it did not guarantee a good deep nights sleep in the first night.

 		I was reading in 'psychology for dummies' that hot spices actually cause the body to start making its natural painkillers. This from the sting these peppers and such cause.

Makes sense to not eat this to late for bed though. Just like drinking. Waking up to pee is another thing that breaks the sleep. Maybe that caused the Zom(pee) to raid my village 👀

 		Had Dr appointment today to deal with some issues, I now have a whole list of things I can no longer eat, tomatoes, regular black pepper, yellow mustard (the only condiment I like). Think I am reduced to a glass of water and a toothpick.

 		I am experimenting with various tea's right now. Red Bush tea which I got yesterday should make for a better sleep. It is from South Africa and called rooibos.

I can still eat everything. Though things like sugary things I prefer to avoid. Though gas is sometimes a problem 👂


I got this book on ''the power of resonance in writing". It is for a large part on the lord of the rings and its author. Things like untangling words were covered. Maybe I got the connection with peeing and zombies from that. Things might trigger dreams?

Darth Vader was covered too. Dart~dark - Invader ~ vader(dutch for father)
There was a method covered on how to invent names for characters using such techniques.

Pretty good (audio)book for nerds that write and/or read.
