spinal	Goddam online account security!!!! Been locked out of my account three times now because one of the security questions doesn't actually have an answer and the other two are either wrong or are case sensitive. Why the hell can't everyone just have ’’Oh, locked out of your account? here, we'll email a link to reset your password to the address you signed up with.’’ -- nope, you get, asked for your username, password, secret pin, handful of 'security' questions and then locked out of your account again. -=-=- Check out my excellent homepage!

Jayenkai	SoCoder's is mostly manual.. I could've attempted a more automated thing, but you'd be surprised how many people keep trying to use the "forgot my password" thing, but have never actually registered in the first place!! I can't code for that!!!! My bank "security questions" are even worse. One of them has a spelling mistake, and another one's completely the wrong answer.. .. Done on purpose, of course, for added security.. But one time I had to ring up, and it was a pain in the arse to describe over the phone!! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

spinal	One of these questions doesn't actually have an answer, god only knows what I entered for that one. Needless to say, I've locked myself out of my account five times today, all of which trying to reset my password. To top it off, the contact link, which informs me I can use email, ye olde snail mail or phone to contact them... only have a phone number, no email, no postal address. spinal	recently was reminded that I can buy anything from itunes on my phone because of the above problem. Went on the website, requested a phone call, a robot phoned me told me to press 1 to talk to someone, but iPhones being what they are, I pulled it away from my face, had to press a button to bring up the keypad, pressed 1, only to be told by the robot that I wasn't quick enough and that they'd phone back in 10 minutes!! What the hell is wrong with repeating the message or giving a little time for you to actually press a button! d'oh. -=-=- Check out my excellent homepage!
