I watched this documentary where they said that if you are at the edge of a black hole then time slows down. If you spend some time there and return, then you have traveled into the future.

I was also thinking, it would be almost impossible to stop moving, given that the earth is spinning and spiralling through the solar system, which is hurtling round a super massive black hole, which is being dragged about by an expanding universe. So trying to find out exactly how fast time is relative to a stationary object would be impossible
