yeah,

I should update the Windows media player on my computer.
Cause a lot of these legal and paid download music sites...such as like those in Walmart.com require you to have at least version 9 or above.
I have an outdated version. It will still play music, sound effects, and videos but I can't download music from some of these music sites since they have upped the version requirements...in order to do so.

Maybe I should get a MP3 player of some kind.

The problem with wmp11 is that it has a file missing. After downloading it, I ran Norton one button checkup and it told me that a file was missing, though it still worked, I re-downloaded it but the problem won't go away

thanks andrew,

in that case I'm going to download version 10...to play it safe.
I'm also checking up on MP3 players...especially from Creative too.

cheers,

A file missing? How does norton know if there's a file missing? If it still works i think that its just fine.

Or Norton is rubbish. Or it's one of Norton's files that's missing and andrewsoltan mis-read the error message.
