 		Oh, hell yeah. Direct Debit might give you a reduction in your bill (for no apparent reason whatsoever) but they can do whatever the hell they want. Freaks me out, that stuff.

I noticed Virgin Media have been slowly ramping-up my internet bill by 25p, once every few months. So yeah, that's pretty much spot-on what you just posted!
