Amos is going to be remade for the pc. Going to be a javascript thing. Old sourcecode would be useable. This i read on the amos facebook page.

AMOS Pro was da bomb! Then I found Blitz Basic 2... Isnt Dark Basic basically (pun not intended) AMOS for the PC?

The original programmer of amos posted it. He is making it. Francois lionet was it? Before i switched to blitz basic i used amos. He also mentioned something of his depression or so. mentioned he failed with his old work until he got another view on it. I wil surely be following the new amos. Nice thing is that the old backcatolog of amos pd wil work. If you have facebook then be sure to follow the amos group if you are interested.

Yeah, the AMOS syntax is very much like DarkBasic. .. or at least, the version of DB I used over a decade ago!! Maybe it's changed, since!! But I always considered DB to be the Amos, and Blitz to be the Blitz. I see no need to attempt AMOS, other than brand loyalty. .. And I'm not sure there are that many people still holding out for a new version of it! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''
