G'ah! First day back to work in 3 weeks... so tired! It was hard to get up at 6am...

Argh! 6am?!
Not sure I could do that.. I've always been a late sleeper, though.. Even when I was working, I preferred the late shift, so's I could still have my lazy mornings!

My mornings start at 5:30am and I'm not getting to bed until at least 1:00am most nights. That's why I'm constantly knackered.

I was the same last week... Took a few days of "Urggh", but body is back on work clock now, though, these days it just means that I can get up early okay, but on a night, come 9pm-10pm, I'm ready for bed me!

I can't increase my sleep due to my son needing to be collected from work after midnight. Get up early to walk the dogs with my wife before she goes to work (or get ready for when I start work at 7:15am on an Early shift).

I also work night shifts, but manage about 5-6 hours during the day.

Thing is, even though I'm so knackered, I'm still waking up a couple of times each sleep.
