I never watched it, due to the fact I thought Man Utd were out even before kick off. Just read the match report, looks like they played well the first half, then give up like they do in the second... Oh... And Newcastle V Sunderland derby game on Sunday... Oi Oi Oi!!!  Obviously want Sunderland to win, but think it's going be one of them games too close to call... We are the better fighting side, but the great unwashed have had a dose of caffeine in the form of BenÃtez. It's all going to boil down to whoever wants to stay in the premier league most will win this game... My prediction:- Sunderland win.... 20-0!!! \o/ Not biased at all!  Nah, looks more of a draw game on paper, but, I think we are more then capable of getting a result, 1-0 to Sunderland. I have an OpenBox with one of them gift things just due to the fact that Sky isnt worth the money. You buy their base package for what... £20, which is technically full of repeats and adverts, then for Sky Sports it's an extra £25 on top of the base package... £45 a month when all I want to do is watch the footy, and only certain games mind... If your a Man Utd fan, then it's quite possibly worth it cos they are on every bloody week nearly, for lower teams, not so much, once in a blue moon they are live... Jesus, one year they didnt even show the tyne-wear derby... People were like "Eh... It's NOT on Sky?" So what do you do... Well, unfortunately to watch your teams games if your club isnt a top of the table team, you... Need to watch it illegally. I dont mind paying for out if it has value, Sky doesnt IMO, I mean, they charge the earth, but when you want to leave they can easily chuck 6 months free at you as a carrot to stay on... That's nearly £500 worth of viewing!!! So, it just goes to show what a rip it is if they can just dangle that carrot at a whim! Nah... With my openbox, I can watch any game I like, and that does me! I cancelled SKY last month and got in a Freeview+ box. The amount I will save in six months more than paid for the box. I won't miss anything that I can't see elsewhere... |

If I didn't want to watch F1 I doubt I'd bother with Sky either. I know it's on "Peasant TV" as well, but it's moved to Channel 4, and they only show half the races live. Which is bollocks, really. F1 fans don't want half the races, and F1 haters don't, either. So WTF is that all about? :/ |
