Desktop Tower Defence, Angry Birds, Oblivion; seriously??? Morrowind and Skyrim were better than Oblivion. I'd even put Arena above it.
No UFO: Enemy Unknown either, one of the all time greatest strategy games. However I'm glad Myth is on there!

Yeah, the packaging looks legit, however every part of that is easy to pirate. No holographic sticker, no fat RFID sticker, and I have seen more elaborate packaging on goods that I knew were pirate.

Have a game where he moves constantly across, dragging the mouse up has the guy jump in that direction (based on how far up), down does some thinning similar, but crouched/skidding based.
So it's like a 'head towards the mouse y location' game.

I've not used the kindle fire HD, but looking at the specs, it's really not as good as the ipad 3. Lower resolution, smaller screen, only a tad more powerful (and software is what really makes the difference). That's also looking at the top end kindle fire*snip*

It depends on what you really mean by 'preloading'. If you mean whilst the level is loading, before the actual gameplay starts, then yes, that is normally the best approach.
If you mean when the game starts up, that is the most ideal scenario, however it *snip*

Shroom is right, metro mode needs to be signed, and desktop mode is the same as ever.
One of the big reasons is because it allows a developer, and so Microsoft, to state what their application can and can't use. This makes it much more difficult to hack m*snip*
