Aaaaahhh... it's the reverse of last year...! Jay gets snow, and we don't...

And now I've broken my light switch, and the light in room won't turn off... *fumes*

Its the first time I've ever seen thundering and lighting when snowing!!!

There was a big flash and a big rumble, which was 3 seconds after the lighting!!!!

YAY!!!!

Brrr... It's too cold, wet and windy here to snow!

We got thunder and lightening though, the damp soggy enthusiastic "I'm gonna flash just once and that's it" kind.

We've had it cold here but no snow. You don't need snow to be cold.

In fact you don't tend to get snow if it's too cold...

I want snow, and I want it settled when I wake up!

Oh well, I can dream...

I guess I'll be the first to say I get snow all the time, and I hate it.

Snow every once and a while is cool, but when you get it all the time, it makes for very slick dangerous roads, iced over cars that have to be scraped clean, power outages, broken water lines, and high heating bills. It's really not fun. In fact when it snows bad (like it has been lately) we have to enact a "swap insurance and report later" method of car accidents. Because there are so many car accidents that the police can't report to all of them. On the bright side, school gets canceled every now and then because of it!

um, its back.
been back for hours.

the storms have been going on for hours.
or at least raining hard or moderately hard.
I used to live up in Kirkland, Washington
and it practically rained all the time.
Rare was a sun day. But when it did..it was beautiful.

Not the gnomemobile, literally the snowmobile.
