Pakz	I saw a news item about a woman who has a small soup kitchen. She used a copyrighted picture of a bowl of pea soup for her company site. She googled it and it was a top result. She got a letter telling her to pay x amount for the use by the photagraphers laywer. She went to court and had to pay court costs and the x amount - she lost. Things have always been so bad. Back in the napster time a number of american people had to pay millions for sharimg music. Metallicops mpaa. With twitch a lot of streamers play populair music in the background. Noone is beeing sued yet but when you rewatch a stream the audio is muted during the playing of music. Maybe some companies wil allow their links to be freely shared. I have also lost access to certain local news sites after they got a paywall. The links still pop up but I avoid them. There is stil so much things left to do that is fun and free.

cyangames	It's basically passed already sadly, wrote to our MEPs back in april to warn them of the consequences about this upon culture, business, etc. Sadly our conservative and labour representatives voted FOR IT! UKIP representatives however, didn't. Then there's Article 11, the link tax which is also rather insidious. Even my son wrote me an email about it a fwe nights ago, bless his soul. -=-=- Web / Game Dev, occasionally finishes off coding games also!
